500 Free Codes for Trackless Links: Join the Tester Program

Trackless Links is a small, focused Safari extension: it strips tracking parameters (utm_source, fbclid, gclid, mc_eid and friends) from URLs before the destination site ever sees them. Everything runs on-device, with no analytics, no cloud server, and no account.

Small apps need real-world testing. The Trackless Links team's test devices and inbox cannot cover every newsletter, every messenger link and every weird affiliate redirect that shows up in your life. That is where you come in.

What is on offer

The team is releasing 500 free promo codes for Trackless Links on the App Store. You claim one with the card above. There is no waiting list, no email signup, no newsletter trap. The card shows how many codes are still left in real time.

What they ask in return

Use the app for a week or two on your normal links. Whenever you notice something that does not work or could be better, open an issue on the public GitHub repository: github.com/aloth/trackless-links/issues.

Good things to report:

- A link that still has tracking parameters after the extension ran (paste the URL). - A link that broke after Trackless Links cleaned it (paste before and after). - A site where the extension throws an error or feels slow. - A feature you would actually use (please keep it small and focused, no AI assistants). - A typo or unclear text anywhere in the app.

Less useful:

- "It does not work" with no URL and no detail. The team cannot reproduce that. - Feature requests that turn the app into an ad blocker, password manager or browser. There are great apps for those, this one stays small.

How the codes work

Each code unlocks Trackless Links on the App Store for one Apple ID. The codes are single-use and have an expiration date set by Apple (usually 4 weeks from issuance). Redeem promptly under App Store > your profile picture > Redeem Gift Card or Code.

If the code you claim is expired or already used, contact the Trackless Links team and they will swap it.

A few ground rules

- One code per person. The pool is small and the team wants to spread it widely. - Codes are for use, not for resale. Apple does not allow that. - This is a free goodwill program. The team does not promise that every reported issue gets fixed or even answered individually, but every report is read.
